The idea is simple - at the end of every day, take 5 minutes and write down one moment from your day. A funny quote, something your kids did that made you smile, a quick snapshot of your life each day. You don't need to write a lot - there's not enough room for that - because the idea is to record a moment that will become a memory.
The pages are not dated so that you can begin anytime, and continue as long as you want!
Each of these pages is in a PDF format and ready for printing. You can take these to your local copy or office supply store to have them bound or simply punch holes and put in a binder.
Cover Page - print one of these, preferably on card stock.
Daily Page - for a one-year journal, print 26 of these, double-sided.
Monthly Page - for a one-year journal, print 12 of these.
The monthly pages make great dividers and give you a space to review and recap your highlights from the previous month!
